The Client

Dr. Adewumi Ojetoyinbo is an audiologist with more than 17 years of clinical experience. She started at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital in 2008 and has practised at National Hospital Abuja since 2009.

Through Blossom Hearing, she takes that care to people instead of making them come to a clinic: hearing tests, hearing aid fitting, earwax removal, tinnitus care, screening for children and older adults, and noise testing for workplaces, in homes and offices across the FCT.

The Challenge

A clinic that comes to you has a specific problem online. Before anyone books, they need to know someone will actually come, that you cover their part of Abuja, and how fast you can get there. Many of the patients are older adults or young children, so the person searching is often a son, daughter or parent on their phone.

A lot of those searches also happen at the worst moment: a blocked ear, a hearing aid that stopped working, a child who isn't responding the way they should. The site had to build enough trust for a stranger to be let into someone's home, show coverage across the city, and make booking a single tap at any hour.

What We Built Together

The homepage leads with the promise, in-home hearing care across Abuja, 24/7, with the booking form, the dispatch line and hours and coverage all in the hero. Each of the six services gets a card on the homepage and its own page: hearing tests, hearing aid fitting, emergency earwax removal, tinnitus care, screening for children and older adults, and workplace noise testing.

A four-step section explains how a home visit works, from the first call or WhatsApp message to treatment on the spot, so nobody has to guess what happens next. Trust comes from Dr. Ojetoyinbo's background, Google reviews shown on the page, a note on HMO coverage, and clear referral routes to ENT specialists at National Hospital Abuja and FMC Jabi.

For local search, each group of districts has its own page (Maitama and Asokoro, Wuse, Jabi and Utako, Gwarinpa and Mabushi, Garki and CBD) with estimated arrival times. A guides section answers questions specific to life in Abuja, like generator noise, caring for hearing aids during harmattan, and why cotton buds make earwax worse. Every page has tap-to-call and WhatsApp links, because that's how most patients here would rather get in touch.

The work.

The Results

Blossom Hearing is live at blossomhearing.ng with 21 pages. Patients can book by phone, WhatsApp or the online form at any hour, and the practice now has a page to rank for every service it offers and every part of Abuja it covers, instead of a single page trying to do all of it.

What's Possible

The next step is connecting bookings to a simple dispatch system, so every call, WhatsApp message or form request is logged, assigned to an audiologist and followed up with a reminder text before the visit.
